Jael Dugas

Jael loves living life to the fullest every day. As an On-the-Job Training Consultant, Jael enjoys teaching new workers the intricacies of their roles. Having worked with DCFS since 2002, Jael completed a one-year internship before being hired as a foster care supervisor. With 23 years of experience at the agency, Jael has served as a foster care worker and Child Protection Investigator. 

Additionally, Jael has supervised foster care, family services, and child protection investigations. Beyond professional roles, Jael has also been a foster parent and has adopted four wonderful children.
